Ugh
So yesterday I was actually out and doing stuff, which is why I didn’t blog. When I woke up, ok when Paul woke me up he said I had to get ready to go to Rich’s. Getting ready didn’t take long but hitting rush hour traffic made the ride a long one. So we get to Rich’s and I change, Rich gets his stuff and we’re off to Hammonasset. We didn’t get there till five and they were still charging. Rich got pretty huffy about that but got revenge by paying in only quarters. So we get to the beach and the sand is all rocky and there’s tons of broken shells. That wasn’t really fun but the view of the sky was amazing. At that point I almost wish Paul brought his camera. Anyway the boys go into the water, splash around for a bit and then after a shower we leave. It wasn’t anything eventful. After that we go pick up some alcohol and head back to Rich’s. At this point I haven’t eaten all day and I start drinking, big mistake! I started feeling really sick so Rich ordered pizza and I ate a lot of it. That only made me feel worse so I spent the rest of the night laying down. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t yelling at Paul or trying to convince a drunken Rich to invite boys over and blow them. This morning… scratch that this afternoon Paul woke me up to tell me he was leaving and now Rich is getting ready for work. I’m going to be all alone, oh well. I might be seeing fireworks tonight with Paul but I don’t know yet.

Ah, thts why no post. Beach fun and drunkeness. Well not so much fun really. It’s been a long time since I have been to the beach, though recall Patricks Point that the family use to go up to once a year or so. The sand is small and you can find agates in the sand. Its mostly clouded up there in the mornings, but it clears up in the afternoon and there is this one place… well a few with the best sun sets.
Ahhh, sorry to here about the getting sick from the drinking and the eating of the pizza. Hope you are feeling better. Kind of was worried when I read that. Not much of a drinker myself, though worse I have gotten was tired when drunk. Do remember to drink lots of water and eat stuff.
Oooooh, we spent the 4th at the property. We worked the whole day moving and setting the trusses (have pictures on my cell phone and will show you once I figure how to put them on my computer) then we stayed until it was dark, did our usual firework show, then got onto the roof of the garage and watched 7 other places do mortars. They were far off, back it still was pretty cool. And then the stars, so clear at night and so many out in the country. Its one of the good things about moving back to Wilton. Hope you and Paul had fun.
